Anyone needing to cancel or reschedule needs to give at least 24 hours notice via a call or text to 405-406-8357 or the card on file will be charged the full expected amount of the groom. 2. I have 15 minute grace period for the appointment. Anyone who is more than 15 minutes late will have their card on file charged the full expected amount of the groom. 3. I do not use cage dryers. Every once in a while there are dogs that do not tolerate the high velocity/force dryer. Unfortunately if this is the case they will be sent home to prevent injuries to both myself and the dog.
